What we collect and why

We collect the name, email, optional phone number, target role, experience and resume you submit so QA Prep Kit can review your resume and email the feedback you requested. The review is free and does not require a course purchase.

Optional promotional contact

Email and WhatsApp course offers each have a separate unchecked option. Leaving these unchecked does not affect your resume-review request. We record your choices and when you submitted them. You can ask us to stop promotional contact at any time.

Who can access your resume

Resumes are stored privately and are available to the store administrator for review. They are not published on the website or shared with other customers. Feedback emails are sent through our configured email delivery provider. This form does not send your resume to an AI service or to employers.

Review and purchase information

The administrator can see review notes, contact preferences and whether a completed store order matches your submitted email, to avoid unnecessary sales follow-ups. An email match is not identity verification. No promotional messages are sent automatically by submitting this form.

Corrections, removal and retention

Reply to your review email or use our Help page to request corrections, removal or an end to promotional follow-ups. Quote your review reference so we can locate your request. Submitted files and notes remain private until removed by the administrator; private backups may retain earlier copies until those backups are rotated. Please submit only information needed for the review.
